Who it fits

A strong website foundation—without a full optimization engagement.

Managed Website is the practical starting point when the immediate need is a better website and dependable ongoing ownership.

Managed Website fits when

  • Your current website is outdated, difficult to manage, or no longer represents the business.
  • You need strategy, design, development, hosting, and maintenance handled together.
  • You want a search-ready website with ongoing technical care and reasonable edits.
  • You are not yet ready for recurring SEO research and content production.

Consider ongoing optimization when

  • Your existing website is workable but needs continuous search, content, and conversion improvement.
  • You want opportunities researched, prioritized, and implemented—not merely documented.
  • You want one partner improving the website and using available results to guide what happens next.

How the website gets built

Clarity before design. Management after launch.

The details vary by scope, but every managed website moves through the same four stages.

01

Define the foundation

Understand the business, customers, offers, current materials, and what the new website needs to accomplish.

02

Plan the experience

Organize the pages, messaging hierarchy, navigation, search foundation, and conversion paths before visual design.

03

Design and build

Create the interface, develop the responsive website, connect agreed functionality, and review the work together.

04

Launch and manage

Complete launch checks, deploy the website, establish monitoring and analytics, and move into ongoing support.

Frequently asked questions

Know what the monthly model means.

Straight answers about scope, billing, timing, ownership, and what happens after launch.

Is Managed Website a template?

No. The website is planned, designed, and developed around the approved needs of the business. Reusable development systems may support quality and efficiency, but the customer experience is not selected from a generic theme.

How many pages are included?

The initial page structure is defined before the engagement begins because companies do not all need the same website. The approved scope documents what will be built and identifies anything that requires separate pricing.

How long does the initial website take?

Timing depends on the approved scope, content readiness, integrations, and review speed. The schedule and customer responsibilities are confirmed before production begins rather than promised without context.

Can you use our existing content and branding?

Yes. Useful existing material can be retained, reorganized, or refined. Any new brand identity, extensive copywriting, photography, or other production needs are identified during scoping.

When does the $399 monthly service begin?

Monthly billing begins when the website launches or 45 days after kickoff, whichever occurs first. The Day-45 provision applies when launch is delayed by outstanding customer content, access, feedback, or approvals—not by a Tully Digital-caused production delay.

Who owns the website and content?

You retain ownership of the materials you supply. Ownership of the produced website transfers after the initial 12-month Managed Website agreement is completed. Third-party software, fonts, media, licensing, domains, and platform services remain subject to their own terms.

Can I take the website elsewhere before the initial term ends?

An early website buyout option can be defined in the service agreement. This protects the initial production investment while giving you a documented path to take the website elsewhere before completing the initial term.

What do routine website updates include?

They cover reasonable, contained changes using the website’s existing design system, components, and functionality. New software functionality, major redesigns, complex integrations, or substantial architectural changes are quoted separately.

What happens after the 12-month initial agreement?

The Managed Website service becomes month-to-month at $399 per month. Any future pricing or scope change would be confirmed directly rather than assumed.

Does this include ongoing SEO and content growth?

Managed Website includes a search-ready foundation and ongoing technical care, but not the recurring research, content, SEO, conversion, and measurement work included in Ongoing SEO & Website Optimization.
